The 7th International Conference on Mechanical, Control and Computer Engineering (ICMCCE2024), jointly organized by Chaohu University and Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, was held in Nanxun, Huzhou on October 26, 2024. Nearly 50 experts and scholars from domestic and foreign academic institutions, including Chongqing University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Harbin Engineering University, Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai University of Engineering Science, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Chaohu University, Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, Zhejiang Matuo Drive Equipment Co., LTD., and Sany Group Co., LTD., attended the conference. The meeting was presided over by Professor Xiang Chun, the vice president of Zhejiang Water Resources and Electric Power College.

In his welcoming speech, Xiang Chun introduced the development of the host institution to the experts present and extended a warm welcome and sincere greetings to the attending experts and scholars. The conference is divided into two sub-forums: "Mechanics, Control and Artificial Intelligence" and "Motor Systems and Electric Drives". The conference specially invited several experts, including Researcher Sun Yi from the University of Science and Technology of China, Professor Chen Qian from Jiangsu University, and Senior Engineer Mei Bin from Sany Group Co., LTD., to give keynote speeches respectively
